Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Vedanta hospitals, Unit 102, Shanmukh Empire, 83, Ayyappa Society, Madhapur, Hyderabad – 500081, Telangana.
• Goods refer to the Subscription/Plans/relevant material offered for a price on the 4P Healthcare Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from the Us
• Service refers to the Website
• The website refers to Vedanta hospitals, accessible from https://vedantahospitals.in/
• You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to cancel Your enrolment in a course or Subscription within 24 hours (or before) of the start of the Subscription without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. The request has to be made at info@vedantahospitals.in with Your email ID and Phone number used during registration or by calling Us at +91-76600 09100.

Refund Policy

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your cancellation request at info@vadantahospitals.in We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
